    Zafer Balkan brings over 30 years of IT management and solutions to several different industries. He is passionate about helping small business owners with their IT needs. He received a masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina. Prior to starting his own company Zafer held a position with Siemens for over 15 years. Zafer also leads the Infogate Solutions Inc. providing Document/Image Management Solutions.

Created long term strategies, developed and implemented policies and procedures for entry into new markets. Proven success in directing new projects for companies in Asia and the United States.
